Upon confirmation of the order, the Customer will be informed by a message to the e-mail address he has stated to us about the delivery time of the products he has chosen.
The products are sent to the address indicated by the respective customer when submitting his order, accompanied by the sales receipt. An exception is the case where the Customer indicates a different delivery address of the products and a different address for sending the sales receipt.
The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the shipping and delivery information provided. In case of error during the provision by the Customer of the relevant contact details of the recipient, the Company can not be held responsible for the fact that the product can not be delivered.
Our online store cooperates with a courier service, in order to ensure the safe and fast shipment of products. Shipping costs will be borne by customers, who will be informed of the exact cost of each shipment before submitting their final order. Our courier service makes deliveries on working days, from Monday to Friday.
Delivery time depends on the delivery address.
All products are shipped in 1-5 days from the day of order.
Please note that shipping may take longer due to busy periods or in the event of bad weather or force majeure. Our Company makes every effort to send the products to its customers within the specified time, but in case of delay for any reason, you acknowledge that no responsibility can be borne by the Company for delays in delivery that do not fall under the control of the Company.
